Who we are

Bambridge Climate is a trading name of Bambridge Electrical Ltd (company no. 11498420), Unit 21a, Easton Business Centre, Felix Road, Bristol BS5 0HE. We are the data controller for information submitted through this website. Contact us on 07747 744 583 or via the contact page.

Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us when requesting a survey or quotation: your name, phone number, email address, address and postcode, property type, the system you are interested in and any message. If you use the Climate Advisor, the details you type are processed to generate a response. With your consent, we also collect anonymous usage data through cookies.

How we use it and why

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, arrange a survey and provide a quotation. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, to understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business: our website and database hosting, our email delivery provider, ServiceM8 (job management), Google Analytics (website statistics, only with consent) and an AI service that powers the Climate Advisor. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 24 months. Customer and project records are kept for as long as needed for the work, warranties and our legal and accounting obligations (typically six years).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
